No other classes will run this day.

This is a mandatory call. We will be checking all costumes for fit, looks, and answering any questions or making adjustments on this day. Plus taking group pictures of everyone in the show for our new wall of fame for Fall 2010.

The times listed below are your picture times not arrival times!!! You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your designated time.

We will have 2 cameras on both days.  After the group picture is taken (or before if the camera is not busy) those who want to, may take an individual picture.  Individual pictures can be viewed once they have been taken and ordered for purchase the same day.  Open times may also be used by dancers who want individual pictures.  Miss Andrea will be choosing the group shots that will also be available for purchase.

•Please arrive in plenty of time to dress.  The costumes will all be staged and waiting for you.

•Bring any additional costumes on hangers and in plastic bags WITH YOUR NAME ON EVERYTHING including personal items such as tights and shoes. (This is essential for helping keep track of your items or locating them if they are lost.)

•No eating in costume, bring a robe to wear over you costume to keep it clean.

•No Nail polish, tatoos or earrings.

•HAIR:  will be a low pony with slicked back hair and a rhinestone clip (see Laurie to purchase one if you do not already have one).  ALL BALLET MUST BE IN A BUN.

•BOYS HAIR MUST BE CLEAN CUT AND BRUSHED NEATLY.  Boys must have the correct color socks or tights.

•ALL BALLET GROUPS must have pink tights (Capezio #1816 Ballet Pink) and CLEAN  pink ballet shoes with light makeup. Senior girls must have show hair and light makeup.

•ALL JAZZ GROUPS must have beige tights (Capezio #1816 Light Suntan) fishnets or bare legs depending on your costume and beige jazz shoes (Bloch S0401L) with light makeup.  (See Laurie to purchase the correct tights for your dance numbers). Senior girls must have show hair and light makeup!

•All Intro to Dance classes and All Pre Ballet Tap must have beige tights (Capezio #1816C Light Suntain) with black tap shoes.  These classes only, may wear their hair half up and half down with curls.  Light makeup ok, lip gloss and blush recommended. (Tights may be purchased at the front desk.)

All Graduates must give us a dance picture for the program and the wall taken on this day or at the venue of your choice NO LATER THAN JUNE 1, 2010.

Please be dressed and ready to dance 15 minutes before your scheduled time.   Light make-up please.  Children may sit quietly in the audience and watch during the stop and go rehearsal. (NO FOOD).  Parents are welcome to video tape or take pictures of their child’s rehearsal, there will be no video taping or flash photography allowed during the performances. We do run to time.  THIS IS A MANDATORY REHEARSAL.  All students must be present in order to participate in the show.  Placement on stage, spacing, entrances and exits need everyone present in order to run smoothly and safely. Do not leave any rehearsals until you are released by one of the teachers.   This can be long if you are in multiple numbers, bring snacks, games, videos and patience.

(Prelude) Village Couples, Village Corps de Ballet
